Delivery
At BHGS Ltd, we have our own eet of tracked modern commercial vehicles, unlike many of our competitors. This allows us to maintain complete control over your consignments.
Our delivery service is normally 3-5 working days from the date of order subject to availability. This service utilises our standard eet of 26 tonnes rigid vehicles and unrestricted access must be available. This service is free on all orders over £150.00 (Ex vat) for all UK mainland destinations within our core delivery area. Deliveries tting these criteria will be delivered during usual business hours of 0800 – 1700 Monday – Friday.
Pre noti cation and booking-in is free on request.
Where special requirements and restrictions
apply, we have a mixed eet of various sized vehicles and ancillary equipment including truck mounted forklift, minimum quantities and charges apply for this service and exclude areas covered by BHGS Hayle. Tail-lift vehicles (maximum pallet weights apply) and smaller vehicles including 3.5 tonne curtain sided vans can cater for almost any type of delivery scenario including restricted access and special customer requirements such as speci ed delivery times or days etc. However, lead times may be extended, and we reserve the right to charge for any of these special services and provisions.
We also have a range of third-party transport options available for parcels or palletised products, including Hazchem, same day, next day, three day, booking-in and timed delivery options. Costs for any these services are available on request.
Please note that BHGS Ltd will not be liable for any delays or consequential losses beyond our reasonable control.

Collections are also available at our trade counters at each of our depots.
Payments
If you wish to set up a trade account please contact us at accounts@bhgsltd.co.uk and we will forward on a credit application form, subject to checks we will notify you once the account has been opened. Payment terms are net 30 days. Our preferred method of payment is BACS, please contact your local depot for bank details.
